Automatic Pressure Controller (APC) for Hydrotest

The APC unit consists of a Continuous Pressure Sensing (CPS) device and a Set Pressure Regulator (SPR). Designed for high-pressure applications, it ensures safe, precise, and automated pressure control during hydrostatic testing.

How It Works

  • The CPS continuously monitors the actual pressure from the discharge line of the pumping unit.

  • The APC features two displays:

    • Display 1: Shows the actual pressure sensed by the CPS.

    • Display 2: Shows the test pressure set by the user via the SPR.

  • The SPR can be adjusted from 0 up to the maximum pressure range of the APC (20 bar to 2000 bar), depending on the customer’s requirements.

  • The CPS and SPR work together: when the actual pressure reaches the set test pressure, an electronic circuit automatically stops the motor, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
