Compensatory Off:
Compensatory leaves shall be claimed against your full day work during holidays/Sundays etc. Working day requirement/work or task sheet of the employee needs to be pre-approved by the HOD and M.D and the same has to be shared with the HR and Accounts department. Two or more compensatory offs cannot be claimed or clubbed together. Compensatory offs against working day from 1st – 15th of every month shall be claimed between 16th – 21st of the same month and compensatory offs against working day from 16th – 31st of every month shall be claimed between 1st – 7th of the next month. Compensatory off cannot be encashed.
